Chantelle's website delivers many destinations, please find below the list of delivery countries and details about the delivery methods and costs.
Two delivery methods are proposed : Standard or Express delivery, which will be operated by Ascendia, Fedex or DHL depending on the country.

* In case you didn't pay in euros (€) your order, delivery costs will be converted to the daily exchange rate.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in France. When your package will be handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email with your tracking number to follow the delivery.

Returns

You received your order and you are not satisfied ? You may return an item (unworn, unsoiled and in its original packaging) within 30 days from the date you receive it. No exchange possible and returns fees will be applied to your order.
Please note that only new, unworn, unsoiled items that still have their tags attached will be refunded.
To ensure you receive a full refund for products returned make sure:
  • All tags remain attached to the garments
  • Items are unworn and unwashed, showing no signs of wear
  • Items are free of perfume, smoke, make-up and deodorant.
  • Items must be in original, resellable condition
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet our hygiene and health standards.
How to declare a return?
  • Please visit our return platform
  • Complete your order ID and email address. It needs to be the same as the one used to order on the website. 
  • Please select the article(s) you want to return and select a reason for return. It helps us to understand the issue. 
  • Confirm your return by validating the form.
Your return is now registered, you will receive an email confirmation with the label of return to print and instructions. Prepared your package and shipped it back to the warehouse. 
Tips : The packaging in which you received your order can be reused for the return. Please ensure the parcel is securely sealed; feel free to reinforce the seal with some adhesive tape.
When your order will be received in our warehouse in France, the return will be treated and the reimbursement will be carried out, you will receive a confirmation by email. You will receive your money back through the payment method you chose when placing your order.
