We are Chantelle, an international family business and design studio based in Paris that has been designing lingerie since 1876. Through our brands, founded on the principles of collaboration and innovation, we challenge traditional methods of design and thinking in lingerie.

Independent & responsible

The mindset of an owner is characterised by a powerful sense of freedom, autonomy and responsibility. It covers three areas: a preference for speed in decision-making and execution, an aversion to bureaucracy and a keen sense of finance.

We use transparency as a factor in building internal and external trust. We share our goals with our customers and do not pretend to be perfect. We show that we are willing to improve. By informing our customers about how our values influence our decisions, we build customer loyalty and differentiate ourselves from other fashion retailers.
