What our clients say about it

I am satisfied. It was recommended to me! And I will do the same
- Marie

Very comfortable, no feeling of dampness
- Chrystelle

Very satisfied, optimal comfort and excellent absorption, I highly recommend.
- Manon

A renewal! No more irritations with sanitary pads, and sexy even at that time! Be careful during the first 2 days of menstruation though, it's not for very heavy flows... (equivalent to a medium tampon more or less).

FAQ

We have selected for you the most frequently asked questions about period panties. Do not hesitate to write to us if you still have questions, for this, you can use this form:

Does it really work? Is there a risk of leakage?
The base layer is composed of 3 layers. The first is a fine cotton lining that will keep you dry. The second is absorbent, it contains the flow. And the last is waterproof, it retains the flow.

Like all period protection, menstrual panties may not fit all women.
We recommend trying it first in a reassuring setting to avoid any unpleasant surprises.
Which size to choose?
We recommend buying your usual size of underwear. If you are between 2 sizes, it is better to take the larger size to feel more comfortable, as we are often bloated and sensitive during this period. Note that the bonding finish on the thigh loosens after washing.
When and how to wear them?
The panties are designed to be worn both during the day and at night thanks to the width and length of the gusset.
You can use them during your menstrual cycle, or in case of light postpartum discharge.
It is particularly practical in case of irregular cycles (first periods, peri-menopause, etc.).
They can be used in addition to a tampon or cup, depending on your preferences and needs. The pouch allows you to store your panty after use, in case you need to change during the day. It is an ally for irregular cycles.
How long can you wear it? Will it last me all day/night?
It is recommended not to wear it for more than 8 hours for hygiene reasons.
If you have never used period panties, we advise you to start with a panty with medium/strong absorption.
Light absorption is more suitable for an informed customer who has a good understanding of their cycle.
How to wash period panties?
Rinse as soon as possible with cold water, then soak for 10 minutes in cold water and rinse until the water is clear.
Wash by machine (at 30° and/or delicate cycle) or by hand.

Exposure to high temperatures and fats can alter the performance of your panties: no fabric softener, no glycerin and soda-based soap, no fatty soap like Marseille soap, Aleppo soap, and black soap as they clog the pores of the technical part and thus make the panties less absorbent. Tumble drying and ironing are to be avoided.
What is the lifespan of a period panty?
They are made with quality fabrics tested and approved by Chantelle standards.
The duration depends on the number of times they are worn per cycle and adherence to the care instructions.
They are made to last at least 100 washes or 4 years of use considering use twice per cycle.
The underwear is stained even though I followed the washing instructions?
The natural acidity of vaginal discharge can sometimes cause discoloration of the gusset
The pH of vaginal secretions varies depending on hormonal activity, sexual activity, and... menstruation! The discoloration may not be very pretty, but the performance of the product is not affected. To avoid this discoloration, we advise rinsing with cold water and machine washing your period panty right after use.
How many panties are needed for an entire cycle?
Every woman has a different cycle, on average a cycle lasts 5 days.
You will need 2 to 3 panties per day (1 to 2 during the day and 1 at night).
Since a panty takes about 24 hours to dry after washing, it takes an average of 6 panties to cover a cycle.
Does it work for sports?
It is entirely possible to use them during sports practice, your panties stay in place.
We always advise you to try it out to be comfortable with your product.
