Our lingerie factory opens its doors to you for a unique, immersive experience. This factory is the beating heart of our craftsmanship, a place where tradition and innovation have come together for decades. Since its inception, our French lingerie factory has played a vital role in Chantelle’s history.
During your visit, you will have the opportunity to see up close the various stages of crafting our iconic bras and to meet our expert corset makers. Every piece that leaves this workshop is the result of meticulous work and a shared passion. We are proud to carry on this unique craftsmanship, and we hope that this visit will give you a better understanding of what makes up the soul of Chantelle.

Come and visit our French lingerie factory – by appointment only. Tours depart throughout the day (between 9am and 3pm). Duration of the tour: 1 hour Price: €10 – free for children under 12 Payment: online, by credit card only. 1. Scope of application
These Terms and Conditions apply to the reservation of visits to the Chantelle Workshop in Epernay (51), France.
Reservation is mandatory for any visit to the Chantelle Workshop.
No visits are possible outside of the days and time slots offered.

Any reservation implies unreserved acceptance of the price and these Terms and Conditions.

2. Reservations
Chantelle Retail offers workshop visit days with one (1) hour time slots.
The number of people is limited to 15 per time slot (exceptionally, the number of people may increase to 20).
This is a guided tour of the workshop. A Chantelle store is accessible at the end of the visit.
We invite you to choose a reservation slot from the dates offered, specifying the number of adults and the number of children.
You will receive an email confirming the order, after receipt of the full price.
For any modification of the reserved slot, a request must be made to Chantelle Retail by phone or by email visite.epernay@groupechantelle.com as soon as possible in order to free up the slot subject to the modification.
The ticket order is firm and final and cannot be cancelled.

To reserve your visit slot, you must register and provide:
- Your last name
- Your first name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- The number of tickets reserved, specifying the number of adults and the number of children.
4. Price and Payment
The price of the visit is 10 euros.
It is free for children under 12 years old upon presentation of an identity document.
Payment is made online on the Weezevent platform by BANK CARD (VISA, MASTER CARD…).
No other means of payment (check and/or cash, gift voucher) is accepted.

5. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions
As the Workshop visits are organized in the very heart of our manufacturing workshop, Chantelle Retail reserves the right to unilaterally modify, without notice and at any time, the days and slots initially opened. In the event of a unilateral modification by Chantelle Retail, Chantelle will contact you via the email address provided to offer you another slot.
