Two delivery methods are offered: Standard or Express delivery, which will be handled by Asendia, Fedex or DHL depending on the country.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in France. When your package will be handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email with your tracking number to follow the delivery.

Returns

You have received your order and are not satisfied? You can return an item (unworn, unsoiled, and in its original packaging) within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Exchanges are not possible.
Please note that only new, unworn, unsoiled items with tags still attached will be refunded.
To ensure the full refund of your returned items, make sure that:

All tags remain attached to the items.
The items are unworn and unwashed, showing no signs of wear.
The items are free from perfume or smoke odors and show no traces of makeup or deodorant.
The items must be in their original condition and suitable for resale.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of items that do not meet our hygiene and health standards.
How to declare a return?

Please visit our return platform.
Enter your order number and your email address. It must be the same as the one used when placing your order on the website.
Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose the reason for the return. This helps us better understand the issue.
Confirm your return by submitting the form.

Your return is now recorded. You will receive a confirmation email containing the return label to print as well as the instructions to follow.Prepare your package and send it back to the warehouse.

DHL parcel drop-off steps:

Select your country.
Add your address, postal code, or city.
In the "Select a service" section, click on "Send a parcel".
Choose the payment option: "I have a DHL Express return shipment".
Choose the pickup option: "I have a printed label".

Tip: The packaging in which you received your order can be reused for the return. Please make sure the package is carefully sealed, feel free to reinforce the closure with tape.
As soon as your order is received at our warehouse in France, the return will be processed, and the refund will be made. You will receive a confirmation by email. The refund will be credited to the payment method you chose when confirming your order.
