The legitimate rights and interests of the whistleblower, as well as those of the persons who may be implicated, are protected in accordance with the applicable legal conditions. The whistleblower must act in good faith and without direct financial compensation. Any whistleblower who makes a report in bad faith, or who is aware of the false nature of the facts reported, will be held liable.
