6 tips for taking care of your lingerie
To prolong the longevity of your lingerie, avoid wearing your bra more than twice between washes and do not wear your bra two consecutive days to preserve the elastics. Care instructions are listed on each product sheet as well as on the product label. We recommend that you strictly follow these instructions. If you have lost the label, we invite you to follow these few tips.Tip No. 1
Prefer hand washing
A gentle method to preserve lingerie: soak the lingerie for a few minutes in warm or lukewarm water (not exceeding 30°C) with a little mild detergent (or Marseille soap). Rinse first with lukewarm water then a second time with cold water. Air dry. Actions to avoid: do not rub the lingerie against each other, in order to preserve delicate materials; do not wring out your lingerie for spinning, to preserve the elasticity of the materials.Tip No. 2
Machine wash
The fastest method: Turn the lingerie inside out and place it in a mesh laundry bag to protect it from other items in the machine. Opt for a delicate program, not exceeding 30°C, and a gentle detergent. Note: place the lingerie in a mesh laundry bag and fasten the hooks on bras to prevent them from snagging delicate fabrics.Tip No. 3
Opt for air drying
Machine drying is to be avoided as it can damage the fibres and elastics. We advise you to always prefer air drying your lingerie. Note: Attach the bra using its hooks rather than with a clothespin, to avoid marks on the lingerie. Let padded bras dry on a towel to absorb excess water, to preserve the shape of the cups.Tip No. 4
Maintain the shine of white lingerie
Under the effect of pollution, light and repeated washing, white lingerie tends to lose its brightness. To keep all its shine, we advise you to wash white lingerie with other pieces of the same color and to prefer a low-temperature wash and a 'special white' detergent. Note: Do not use bleach, which will yellow and damage the lingerie; do not mix lingerie with other colors that could bleed onto it.Tip No. 5
Store your bras neatly
A bra is a delicate item, especially those with underwires or padding. A bra that is poorly stored can quickly become misshapen. To preserve bras over time, we advise fastening the bras by their hooks; folding the back inward towards the cups, allowing the bra to stay upright (the cups should be side by side, not one on top of the other); storing bras one after the other, allowing the cups to nest within each other. Following these tips means taking care of your lingerie and saving space while preserving the shape of the cups. When traveling, apply the same tips, and use a travel bag to keep your lingerie together. You can place socks or panties in the padded cups to prevent crushing.Tip No. 6
The trick for smooth shells
Poor storage of a memory foam bra can cause creases and deformations in the cup. You can easily solve this problem by placing the cup on the back of your hand and gently rubbing the cup with the other hand. The material reacts to body heat, smoothing the cup and removing the creases.4 tips for taking care of your swimsuit
Taking care of your swimsuit is the assurance of enjoying your favorite swimsuit season after season. We invite you to follow these few tips to fully enjoy your swimsuit. We recommend that you strictly follow these instructions. If you have lost the label, we invite you to follow these few tips.Tip No. 1
Protect yourself from the sun
We advise you to apply your sunscreen 20 minutes before putting on your swimsuit and beach clothes so it can properly penetrate. Before any sun exposure, apply a second layer of sunscreen. Avoid contact between the swimsuit and sunscreen to preserve the fabric from stains. This could damage the swimsuit. Always use a bath towel to sit or lie down to avoid stains or damage caused by rough or even staining surfaces.Tip No. 2
After a sea or pool bath
The day at the beach and/or swimming in the pool is over, we advise gently wringing out the swimsuit and folding it before storing it in a special “swim” pouch (or any other plasticized pouch). For ideal maintenance, rinse the swimsuit with clear water, and let it air dry before storing it carefully in a bag or closet. Note: use a “swim” pouch to avoid wetting all your belongings and to prevent one item from staining another; lay your swimsuit flat to dry to preserve the shape of the cups; avoid drying your swimsuit in the sun, as it may fade.Tip No. 3
Maintenance during vacations
Rinse your swimsuit in cold water to remove all residues of chlorine, sweat, and saltwater. Regular washing will help preserve the swimsuit throughout the holidays and the summer. Note: avoid using fabric softener or detergent on a swimsuit; prefer hand washing. However, machine washing is also possible, by placing the swimsuit in a laundry bag. Choose a delicate wash cycle, at a low temperature, accompanied by a mild detergent.Tip No. 4
The post-vacation interview
Summer is over, before putting away your swimsuit until its next use, we recommend washing it one last time: a hand wash or a machine wash. For machine washing: place the swimsuit in a laundry net and choose a delicate cycle at a low temperature, accompanied by a mild detergent. If the swimsuit is made of sequins or embroidered beads, we recommend hand washing only.4 tips for taking care of menstrual panties
A menstrual panty is an innovative assembly of 3 materials: draining, absorbent, and leak-proof. Exposure to high temperatures and grease can impair the performance of your panty. They clog the pores of the technical part and therefore make the panty less absorbent. Proper care is also necessary to maintain the absorption and comfort qualities, to feel completely secure. We recommend strictly following these instructions. If you have lost the label, we invite you to follow these few tips.Tip No. 1
