Period Panty

The absorbent and waterproof layers will keep the flow trapped. The draining liner will keep you dry.
As for every other menstrual protection, period panties may not be suitable for all.
We advise you to try it, at first, in a reassuring environment to avoid any bad surprise.

We recommend that you buy your usual underwear size. If you are between 2 sizes, it is better to take the size above to feel more comfortable, because we are often swollen and sensitive during periods. Please note that the bonding finish on the thigh will relax after each wash.

The panties are designed to be worn day and night thanks to the width and length of the panty bottom.
The Period Panty Bag allows you to store your panty after use, if you need to change it during the day. It can be used in addition to a tampon or a menstrual cup, according to your preferences.
It is an ally for irregular cycles (first period, peri-menopause,...).You can use them during your menstrual cycle, but also for small postpartum discharges.

This will depend on the absorption level you chose, and your personal flow.
Medium-heavy absorption is suitable for most period days, while light absorption is adapted for the first / last day of your period.
It is recommended not to wear it for more than 12 hours for hygiene issues.
If you had never tried period panties before, we advise you to start with medium-heavy flow absorption, for more reassurance.

Soak the panty in cold water for 10 minutes and then rinse it until the water runs clear.
Once rinsed, it is not necessary to wash the panty right away.
Wash at 30°C or cold, air dry! To protect your lingerie, you can use a washing net. Exposure to high temperatures and oily substances can alter the performance of your panties. Do not use fabric softener, nor oil based soap : it will clog the the absorbing fabric and thus make the panties less efficient. Do not use a tumble dryer or iron.

They are made to last at least 100 washes / 4 years of use considering 2 uses per cycle.

Discoloration due to the acidity of vaginal discharge can happen.
The pH of vaginal discharge varies according to hormonal activity, sexual activity and... menstruation! The discoloration may not be very pretty, but the performance of the product is not altered. To avoid this discoloration, we recommend rinsing in cold water and machine washing your panties immediately after use.

Every woman has a different cycle, an average cycle lasts 5 days.
You will need 2 to 3 panties per day (1 to 2 during the day and 1 at night). It takes about 24 hours to dry after washing. If you don’t use any other type of menstrual protection, you will need an average of 6 panties to cover a cycle.

It is possible to use the panties during sport practice, your panties remain well in place.
We always advise you to do a trial in order to be comfortable with your product.
